* keep from getting hungry
* keep blood sugar level
* keep calories low
* cut out cravings
Here are the main rules of the diet:
* eat every 2 hours
* eat between 150 calories at each most meals
* breakfast, lunch and dinner can from 150-400 calories
* you can eat whatever you want at these meals, but you’ll feel better and have more energy if you eat healthy foods.
Some of favorite foods for this diet:
* cheese (low fat)
* yogurt (low fat, sharp)
* cereal (high fiber, low fat milk)
* half sandwich (turkey, chicken)
* fruit or veggies
* oatmeal or cream of rice

I'm going to try eating every two hours. I'm going to record my blood glucose, food intake, and whether I feel hungry. It should be an interesting experiment.
